Rock Solutions Limited, based in Derbyshire, is a provider of roped access and geotechnical engineering solutions to the rail industry and other industry sectors, where geotechnical engineering requires application in difficult access areas.
Rock Solutions Ltd aims to be the leader in the field by providing clients with the specified solution; meeting customer expectations in terms of quality of work, health and safety and environmental requirements.
To help achieve this, objectives and targets will be based on IMS policy, technological options, operational, business, legal and other requirements and through information received via stakeholders.
In support of the above aims Rock Solutions Ltd is committed to:
Continual improvement of its quality, health & safety and environmental systems which now meet all three standards: ISO 9001 (2008), ISO 14001 (2004) and OHSAS 18001 (2007).
Compliance with legal and other requirements (including Network Rail Requirements)
Prevention of pollution through enhanced waste control and project management
New subject areas will be sought in order to set targets and objectives approved by the managing director and reviewed annually to achieve continual and measurable improvement in all fields.
This document will be communicated and explained to all employees and staff working on behalf of Rock Solutions Ltd and to all interested parties including sub-contractors and our suppliers so that their activities do not impact adversely on the company’s environmental position.
